Thalassophobia is the word for the fear of open waters, mainly deep dark open waters. Phobias are supposed to be irrational fears, but Thalassophobia is definitely not irrational. I have it and even playing video games where I have to go in dark water freak me the F out, and I’m a grown man.

I watched a vid of him playing around on some train tracks like a decade or more ago now and it blew my mind and got me started trying out trials with my mtb bike and got pretty damn good. I’m no Danny tho.
