Be ready. I live in one of the biggest metros in the US and still only get 2-3 interviews per 50-100 jobs I apply for in the area. Im one month from my deadline I set to start looking out of state.

Ive applied to hundreds at this point. Only had one interview that quoted a salary above $70k the others were in the $40k-$50k range.

I often say that if you were not humbled in undergrad, youre either a genius or an ass. In the field, that statement depends on where you work so, in your case, it should still ring true.

I was waiting for this. Kinda took the last month off of job hunting because it seemed pretty pointless to apply to hundreds of jobs only to get 10 or so calls the first third of the year.

Ya, at my school we did all of that and more. At minimum, you graduated with your entire school portfolio well documented on GitHub.
