If I had that Id attach an on-demand hot water heater and shower head. Use it to fill my outdoor clawfoot tub.

Welcome to the club, r/WetShaving has a ton of info and great community. Check their wiki beginners section for the rabbit hole but I can say I’m really happy with my Maggard razor, which is great quality and very affordable, the blades I use are Gillette Silver Blue. Likely your best move is to buy a kit initially that already has blades, soaps, brush and maybe a bowl. Otherwise research and make a call on the razor, I bought two before I was happy with mine. Order a variety pack of blades so that you try a bunch of different brands to determine which works best for you. Make a call on the different lather soaps you’re interested in and of course chooses a brush that piques your interest. Once you make the initial investment into your gear the blades themselves are super inexpensive, you’ll save a lot of money over the years switching to wet-shaving.

Ditch those plastic wasteful pieces of shit and invest in a proper safety razor and blades. Anyone using disposable razors are wasteful and careless about the environment

Replace before using that deck again. Thats a major hazard. Maybe itll support you, maybe you and a family member/friend but there will be a point where the additional weight causes it to fail

Judging by the patio under the deck, Id say theres a good chance those posts arent in concrete.

Rain gardens are dope but these swales are engineered for numerous storm events – so while with the typical storm, a rain garden could work quite well, the 20 year or 100 year event will likely need a lot or all of the volume of the swale in order not to fail.
