This is legit why I struggle to respect Super. Why is Goku such a moron? He can be a lighthearted goof without being an actual idiot. Serious Goku that deploys actual combat tactics occasionally and shows smarts goes so hard.

Unfortunately for me, this kinda makes Goku more boring and uninteresting. Its like Superman – I find Superman to be one of if not the most boring super hero because hes so OP to the point of being pointless, its not entertaining to watch Superman who can easily overcome anything that comes his way. Especially considering that in Supermans world, very few beings are anywhere near his strength level to provide a challenge. At least in DBZ, there were always stronger foes, and Goku always had to push himself and unlock new power to overcome etc. only to face even greater threats that would continue to push his limits. But now his limits are basically outside of the mortal realm. He trains with and holds his own against godly beings. Its giving me that same Superman vibe of Goku can just ass pull any feat he wants. I think Super has just taken things too far, but it was inevitable that Gokus journey would eventually land him in godly status.

Toriyama was a legend but stuff like that is kind of lame. I know artists have heavy workloads and scheduling etc but tails were too much? It was the one physical thing differentiating Saiyans from humans.

The elephant in the room here is that its a complete ass pull and total nonsense that Broly was anywhere even remotely close to that level of power. Theres no logic at play with Broly, really. Also, seeing a lot of people here assuming that SS4 loses to SSBlue, but Im not convinced of that, and if Broly with no real training and no real growth could overpower SSBlue within literal minutes of even learning about it or managing to go super Saiyan himself for the very first time, Im not sure why anyone would make any assumptions on SSBlue being superior for any reason. Broly did not have God Ki.

Dragon ball multiverse explores this in depth, giving King Cold multiple transformations, even going further than Frieza or Cooler. Its a fan comic but very fun to read imo.

And yet this is literally how strong they decided to make Broly when re-introducing him in Super. Easy to make fun of fans glazing Z Broly but no one is ready to talk about what an ASS PULL the official media is. Great movie though.

Sukunas and Gojos both work on people without cursed energy.

It really just comes down to whether Gojo or Sukuna pull off a domain expansion. Which is definitely possible. Yeah, technically cell or Frieza should be fast enough to prevent it, but thats ignoring that in Dbz characters manage to fire off attacks that take a few seconds to charge up all the time. and cell can be straight up baited into taking an unknown technique at full power to the body. I think if cell and Frieza are unaware of domain expansions they could easily lose getting caught off guard.
