This is 100% spot on. Tourists come here and act like they own the place and its honestly hilarious seeing all the rented Rolls Royces and wannabe artists making videos in public areas. All that flex with no manners or respect for others. We need a true police annex in our neighborhood because I rarely see cops around at all.

Is it a special or large kind of plant? Couldnt you just do it in your apartment and clean the dirt after? There are plenty of step by step guides online that can walk you through this somewhat easy process.

Theres already one opening up on Jay st. Why do we need another? Im pro business and its funny saying this one store will change anything in our neighborhood given one just opened up in BK Heights and the numerous underground spots in Dumbo. However, one store is enough.

Nice to have Bread & Spread back. 24 hour diner is going to be interesting given the neighborhood gets pretty quiet post 7pm when the tourists scurry away

We dont have liquor stores, we have boutique wine stores that charge +50% on everything.
