I’m starting to find it to be too hot to cook here in the northeast US. How do you handle the heat in Vietnam? Are corona beans cheap(er) in Vietnam? The best price I could find online in the U.S. is Rancho Gordo which offers corona beans for $8 a pound. Do corona beans do anything in taste or texture differently from great northern beans, cannellini beans, or any other white bean?

I was told at a hardware store today that if the knife has serration on the blade, it will be lost when sharpened. At least with the pocket knives I’ve had some blades don’t hold an edge well.
