My ire is completely with the Republicans for allowing their party to be taken over by the orange con man and now Elon and the tech oligarchs. Mitch McConnell was once one of the most powerful political figures in DC. He could have ended Trumps political career by voting for impeachment and encouraging his fellow Republican senators to do the same. Instead he bowed to Trump, and now hes leaving the Senate as an irrelevant, weak old man still despised by his own party despite covering for Trump.

Replace Trump with Elon and you are spot on. I dont see Musk giving up his grip on the government after four years.

Same. And everyones now angry at the democrats about not shutting down the government. You know what would have helped prevent democrats from being in a no win, will be awful regardless, situation? Voting in November!! Rant over ️
