Not really. It’s a logical decision to not want to lose federal funds. But like, she needs to get on or off with MAGA at some point. She says she wishes we had old-school conservatives, but does whatever Trump says, does whatever Mercy wants, etc…

I actually don’t think Blackstone, Blackrock, and some of the others own that much within Ft. Worth. There is a company whose name I forget, long-time Goldman Sachs guy, who I believe bought up a decent chunk of Overton Park under the idea of “rent so you can go to a better school.” He’s been on CNBC about five dozen times. He mentioned Ft. Worth market explicitly in one hit.

I miss a lot. I think this headline was more about how frustrated I (and many) am/are with the city. It’s all such a clusterfuck designed for 600 or so people to benefit. Problem is, it isn’t a 300K city anymore. It’s 1M.
