Can’t you get waivers for the gender breakdown of a kindergarten class? I know a few couples who got into Tanglewood that way. As the research tells us, IVF gives you a higher percentage of girls … and you know half that hood is doing IVF to get the number of kids they wanted … so if you got a boy somewhere else, go shopping for that school in June.

I certainly can’t argue that. Funny that Big Kev Lynch, Tanglewood man, is voting against it — because it’s gonna pop his taxes more than probably any other Board member. (That was a side note to your salient point.)

Westcliff seems good. One of our best friends, couples-wise, the wife went there (decades ago). A lot of people in 2021-2022 were trying to sell out of Westcliff into Overton. Now half the people I know who did that are house poor and can’t meet for a beer. LOL.
