My dad just died about a month ago. He was 85. My mom is 80. I was born 1980, and I believe “xillennial” is 1977 to 1983, give or take. I can belong to either!

The staff is mostly cool. That’s helped. It’s closer to me than other breweries, so laziness has helped. Some of their bigger events are cool, but I wish they’d do more from October to March and not do big stuff in the summer, when it’s a swamp. I used to hang out with the guy who owned the business next door about six-seven years ago, so that got me going a lot. I fell into a little routine with it, but … I agree. Not all their stuff is good. They have a new IPA entitled something around “Chinese checkers” or the like that’s been pretty good. I think it’s a 10.2% tho, so ya gotta generally watch that vibe.

I’ve done that dance for most of adulthood. I’ve had some bad stretches. I am mostly good at 2-3/week right now and endeavoring to never spiral, but I may go full eventually.

No, not that per se. I did inherit some of my grandmothers Vanguard holdings, and thats been helpful. Not quit all work and go to Europe helpful, but helpful.
