I think it’s alright to bring up the fatherhood thing, sure, but I agree with you in general. 3/4 of people commenting on this thing are doing it for clicks and to rile others up. Nothing sensible is emerging later today.

Crain to me is one of the worst local figures. A few of my friends at city call him “Cocaine Crain” for the hyper energy, although I do not believe he actually dabbles. He is just such a clearly political moron and he will contort himself in five directions at once to please Dee Kelly Jr. and a few other rich guys. He seems to be infuriated that Mattie is leaning towards endorsing Hill for Mayor in a few years, so I think he’s trying to score points with the MAGA side where he can. Because, if the Mayoral race is in 2027, we will still be under MAGA (theoretically), so maybe he can flank Hill on the “aggrieved Tarrant guys” club and win. When I see him at events, I kinda get the ick, tho.

I mean, Bo is absolutely at this point playing a character online to see how much he can get away with. That’s almost a game to him. But like, last September or so, I was telling some of my MAGA friends (stupidly), “You realize when/if he wins, this is just going to be a revenge tour, right?” They all said, no, no, no. He will fix inflation. Jobs will boom. Women will crank out babies. It’s only been seven months but we seem to be missing many of the targets — except for the violence and rhetoric. We’re on point there.

The only three things you need to know about Woe Is Bo: Deep closeted energy and almost everyone knows “that story.” He regularly tells people that the Obama years were “the worst years of his life,” and all his children were born in those years, which means he thinks in terms of ideology over anything else. Legitimate Tarrant-area Republicans despise him and his rhetoric. He is propped up by guys who don’t live here. Go sit at Fort Worth Club, Rivercrest, or Colonial and bring him up. It will be 70 percent negative.
