First thing was constitutional. Congress actually changed law so that it wouldnt be possible in the future. Did he though? Presidents say many things and as far as I can tell, he hasnt done anything about it. Its a talking point. I even faintly remember him jabbing at Mike Johnson to get that done. You are very bad at cherry picking narratives because they fall apart, quickly. They got their due process.
