You are right. I thought it was 107. So 109 is also down, by actually more than 107. Anecdotally without data, nine years ago everyone I knew in ‘Wood had four-five kids. Now a bunch still have three, but there’s a lot of 1-2, and an occasional zero. It seems like a pivot that tracks with America in general.

That neighborhood has always seemed like motherhood is the only definition for a woman central. I was honestly surprised 76107 fertility is dropping. But I know t-wood is only a sliver of that.

Go to places like Woodshed, Jon’s Grille, Saucer and start BS’ing with people at the bar … that will start the process. If you don’t drink (kudos), go to some of those places and just order whatever. Read Fort Worth Report. Look at the top stories here a few times a week. Go to meetups you see.
