I find it really weird how many people have seen the Hat Man. I thought I made him up when I was a teen. I didn’t want to believe I was actually seeing what I was seeing. I barely told anyone about seeing him. Fast forward about 20 years and I come across a post on Facebook asking if you have seen the Hat Man. I freaked out. Come to find out this is a worldwide phenomenon, just that the headwear changes depending on region. Weird and freaky shit, look into it.
