We watched them for drivers ed here in PA, it was in 88-89. I still remember a man screaming and spasming while being dragged from a smashed vehicle. Voiceover said he had a spinal and was paralyzed. Dont be like Billy, obey speed limits!

Last weekend my niece desperately wanted to ride the Pirate Ship (you know the one) but nobody else would ride with her. Uncle Joe to the rescue! Its just a giant swing, right? No big deal! Just scream real loud, and Ill hold you tight, okay? That was scary and fun! Thanks Uncle Joe!! (Sheet white, shaking, nauseous) You bet kiddo! (Stomach quivers)

I had one growing up, and I adored it. Toasty warm or not, had a thermostat. While getting into it and lying down is kinda sloshy, once you (and the water) settle, its super comfy. Moving while you sleep isnt a problem, the waves are super brief and pretty minor compared to first laying down. Mine was waveless but still sloshed a tad. I liked it. As did girlfriends.
