How many babies has Iran bombed? How many schools? How many hospitals? Fuck Iran. Israel still attacked them first. Iran has a right to defend itself from a genocidal terrorist state that sees civilian bodies and infrastructure as military targets.

Oh, for sure. I’m not defending Iran. They’re just more the “enemy of the enemy” at this point. And pointing out that every thing they say bad about Iran, is doubled in the case of Israel. Not to say those things aren’t bad in Iran as well.

I’ll give you that. But I also think that if one county has the right to defend itself, all countries should. This likely wouldn’t even be an issue if the talks years ago had lead somewhere. They were getting poweplants one way or the other. There could have been treaties (not say they would be honored, this is fucking Iran we’re talking about) that would have stopped them from building bombs. But those that could have enforced that pulled out before getting to that point. It’s all a shit storm that has been in the making for decades. No one (country, not people) is innocent in this distruction.

You don’t need to wipe out the entire population for it to be a genocide. Case in point; the Jewish people suffered genocide under the Nazis. They didn’t all get wiped out. I get what you are saying as well. And you’re more correct than I about them not being genocide weapons, but more so just basic civilian killers.
