that would have been a misdemeanor for literally anyone else. Wrong. They were felony charges because they were committed with the intent of hiding/concealing other crimes. Thats the law, the prosecution applied the law, the jury agreed with the law, and found that Trump was guilty of felony crimes on all charges. Sounds like you are the one that doesnt know the details of the felonies Trump was convicted of.

The man was tried and convicted on 32 felony criminal charges and never saw a single day of jail time. Thats just one of many examples of how the rich and powerful get away with their crimes. If you really believe the justice system isnt biased against the poor classes and in favor of the rich, youre hopelessly too far gone. So he got a felony because it was “hiding other crimes,” but there was no mention of what these crimes supposedly were There is, you just dont know what youre talking about which is why youre confused. It was conspiracy to promote/prevent election. There was also tax fraud and campaign finance crimes concealed as well. To put it simply, the jury wasnt confused and unanimously agreed with the prosecution on this, which is all that matters.
