I doubled my dosage the first 3 days/nights, after that stuck with 5mg unless extreme pain. I think a few nights I’d take 10mg after the first 3.

Basically once you’re off your walker and using a cane you should be gtg for standing shooting only. It was probably a month out that I started shooting prone.
