Yeah I mean in the court of public opinion, sure. But legally and in criminal court, it cant be considered for assessing someones guilt. Even Trump himself has said that anyone who pleads the fifth is obviously guilty. Then he himself went on to plead the fifth hundreds of times lol.

It doesnt. You cant be forced to incriminate yourself. The prosecution must do the legwork of collecting and establishing evidence of your crimes and motives, if youre not willing to confess. Now, collecting the evidence, then killing the prime suspect in his jail cell, and then covering up everything that happened I dont think theres an amendment that protects any of that.

The Supreme Court has been (somewhat) clear on this. For presidents, specifically Republican presidents – the sole remedy to address crimes is impeachment, while they are in office. They cannot be prosecuted or removed other than by impeachment. And since 2/3 of the senate is required for conviction and removal via impeachment; it will never happen. Especially to Trump.

We know at this point Trump is compromised, and a lost cause. Its time to direct our anger and fury elsewhere, to the fucking stooges and bureaucrats going along with this shit. Fuck every institution and agency that isnt resisting this traitorous fuck with all of their might. It should not be forgotten or forgiven for every institution and every individual within that folded to this.

He cant do that Then he does it anyways. If no one stops him, why cant he do anything he wants? It doesnt matter if its illegal/unconstitutional. He gets away with it anyways.
