Due process. That is how you tell. That is how you would tell if the person was a citizen or an immigrant as well. That is what is being denied. That is what people are upset about. This is the point YOU are missing. And again, the 1980 case overturns the 1950s one. It is invalid. They have rights.

Did you read any of these, or just Google search them? The legal US citizens that are children of undocumented immigrants are those that receive those benifits, as stated in your articles. One of homeless ones is written by an asylum seeker about thier personal homelessness. The other says the reason for homeless is, as I said low wages. The one about no due process is specifically about members of the comunist party, and even if it wasn’t , it’s from the 50s and a cold war era case, which would have been overturned if it wasn’t specifically for communists by the simple fact that the one that I linked is from the 80s and about equal protections under the 14th ammendment. And the one about guns says they can buy them. By the way, members of the cartels are not coming here to pick fruit and hang drywall.

I would recommend reading the constitution of the United States. Particularly the part about who get these rights. The language is, specifically, “Under the jurisdiction thereof”. I know you’re not that bright, you’re a fascist, but that means that if you can be arrested then you get those rights. The only people that aren’t afforded constitutional rights are foreign dignitaries with diplomatic immunity. And ironically, the reason they don’t need those rights or have them is because they have more rights than a US citizen in the US. Undocumented immigration pays more into taxes then they take out, this is a fact. We are in crippling debt for the same reason that there is homelessness and it is not undocumented immigrants it is the shifting of wealth from the bottom to the top i.e. tax breaks for the rich while raising taxes for normal people and government subsidies to oil companies and Elon Musk. Undocumented immigrants by far do not commit more crimes than anyone else in fact they commit far less crimes than anyone else. Every single thing you’ve said is factually incorrect.
