Then they need to do something. Tell their pocket Republicans reps and senators to ally themselves with the Democratic Party. Flip control of the House and Senate to Democratic majorities with large enough numbers to allow for the impeachment and removal of every judge appointed by the Trump administration in either administration. If you want stability and predictability, you have no other choice.
