I use my Juliette on my ar9 (high mount romeo5) and 22 charger where the romeo5 is mounted low. Surprisingly it works using the lower half of sight window through the magnifier. It works better than I thought it would and it feels natural very quickly.

Absolutely not, that is if you want any accuracy at all. I tried one years ago, get a threaded barrel or get the one u have threaded. Those things are worthless.
