The fact that they make us call is absurd. I had to call a pax once because they were giving all these stupid instructions before I even got there. Got there, waited five minutesnothing. Call. Hang up. I cancel the ride. All of a sudden, Im getting calls on MY PERSONAL NUMBER, by the angry pax. Can I sue Lyft for that?

So, if you receive a request that has an all caps name with no picture, reject it. If it says its a hospital/er, reject it. If you know a pickup is near a hospital, and it just has the street names and no address, reject it.
