Even the people crossing the border illegally have rights as soon as they step on our soil. You havent done any research. Nice projection. Everyone has the right to due process. Its literally in the constitution you people once upon a time fawned over. Now its inconvenient you just throw it out and make daddy Trump the law.

ButI thought you guys were all about the constitution! What you dont seem to understand is, once they are allowed to violate one right, more follow. Right now theyre violating right to due process and the freedom of speech (and yes, this goes not only for speech you agree with but also disagree). Whats next? It might very well be a right that you hold dear.

Once you set foot on American soil you have the right to due process. Thats a constitutional right.

Republicans just voted in committee to give Trump the power to deport citizens. It hasn’t come to the floor yet, but this just proves how authoritarian, fascistic and cucked Republicans are to Trump. Do you have a problem with the two citizen children that were just kidnapped by ICE?

It has. Theyve been forced to back up on a lot of things. Including bringing back Kilmar Abrego Garcia who they swore would never step foot on American soil. Even if they do arrest people for wear masks, no judge in this country would try someone for a made up law.
