There is something poetic about the possibility that a MAGA lieutenant gets assassinated and the FBI cant solve the case due to the sheer incompetence of putting unqualified boot-lickers in charge, just as the MAGA influencers voted for. Although this looks more and more like an inside job anyways.

It is risky. A murder weapon can potentially get linked back to a killer. Finger prints, serial number. Often times a killer overlooks something, like wiping their prints off of the bullets that are still loaded in the magazine, even if they wiped the rest of the gun. Its much better if they can destroy the weapon so it can never be found or at least matched to the fired bullet. But getting caught with it on your person is game over.

Supposedly the rifle they recovered (which to be clear, we have no confirmation it is actually the rifle used in the killing) is reported to be an old model Mauser rifle, so not one that folds.

Possible, but like how far in advance? How much footage do they store on the security cameras? I would think most places keep minimum 30 days.

Its just weird because rifles obviously arent easy to hide. The person was either carrying a large bag or some kind of case, like a guitar case, OR they were wearing very baggy/puffy clothes. Or they just obviously have a rifle on their person.

If you read the article, it says the gun was found in nearby woods. Doesnt answer the question; where are the pics of an individual bringing a long gun to or from the roof?

Trump did say of another Republican who went against him by calling for the Epstein files that he was an insurgent who needs to be taken out. So yeah, either Trump ordered this hit to kill what he saw as a betrayer and serve as a nice distraction, or he successfully spread stochastic terrorism and manipulated one of his cultists to do the bidding.
