They were definitely not 9 hours ago, or the 5 hours before you made this comment. Organize the comments by time and you’ll see mine is like the tenth one, with all the rest talking about how great this is.

It’s funny that the right just want to bend over and take it from the federal government after how long they cried like bitches about the government. We can’t grow up and move on. This is our lives. People like you made it this way.

The law itself is the four ammendment. Dude has a strong case for excessive force. He was down, not a threat, not being violent. He wasn’t kicking the officers, he wasn’t making verbal threats. He wasn’t fleeing. He was definitely not being cooperative, which is a very bad idea, but not something he can be executed for. There is a legal doctrine known as the Graham Factor that determines the legality and practices of police use of force. It’s basically a checklist of very bad things a person needs to do to warrant use of force, especially use of deadly force, such as pressing a gun to the back of someone’s head and threatening to kill them because they are making your job harder. This dude meets some of the parts of the checklist, but not enough to keep this from being excessive force on the part of the officer.

Indeed.

That’s a really pathetic outlook. I guess the dude ran a stop sign on his bicycle. That’s what started this. Time to start executing people on the streets for civil infractions. Remember to watch your speed out there, a cop may just have to blow your brains out./s

You know the LAW doesn’t care about the context when someone violates a different law, right? If you see someone run a red light, does that make it OK for you to rob a bank? Because that is the context you are asking for.

It’s pathetic.

Sounds like you just want to have cops blasting black dudes illegally. Because there is no context that can make what you saw in that video not illegal. Nothing that guy did let’s the cops break the law. They can arrest him. They can taste him. They can grind his face into the ground, break his arms, beat him with batons, beat him with thier fists. They can not shoot him. They can not physically press a gun to his head and threaten to kill him. That is illegal. That is all from the context we have. That is all there is to this story as far I what I said (I am the OP of this comment chain). That is all I keep saying to you guys. That is the law. That is the whole story. Maybe have an idea about what you’re talking about before throwing around insults. Self righteous? That’s you here buddy, I’m talking about the law, and how it was violated in the context of this video.

It’s quite pathetic, isn’t it? It’s like being marched into the gas chamber and laughing at the guy next to you because he stepped in mud.
