You just now realized I’ve been saying this for the last hour? This country used to have open boarders. It’s how it was populated by colonizers. My family (and yours most likely) walked into this place when it had those open boarders. Tell that to the cop when the boot of facisim is crushing your neck. It does not matter what crime happened in this context. The suspect is subdued and not being violent towards the officers. Yes, he is resisting. No, they will not let his arm up so that he can comply with thier orders. Yes, it is illegal to shoot him in this situation. Yes it is illegal to threaten to shoot him in this situation. Most likely it is a violation of his department’s regulations to do either of those. The police still need to follow the law, if they don’t they have no purpose. Might as well just have extra judicial mob justice and a return to the Salem witch trials, because that is what you’re advocating for. It’s disgusting. If you want to know about the case law that governs police use of force, and how this is illegal police violence, Google Graham v Connor, or the Graham Factor. ACAB as long as this cop doesn’t face disciplinary action and jail time. He commited a felony with a deadly weapon.

Say yes or no. That’s how you clear it up. I even told you as much, repeatedly. Do you think Trump should be in prison. One word. Then hit return and go on with the rest of your qualifications and evasion. We are so deep in this comment chain no one but me will see it. You have nothing to be worried about. Hell, you can say it, I’ll respond, and then you can delete it so the next guy can’t troll your post history and use it against you. I just want to know where you stand on this, because it has dragged on for so long. Your opinion matter to me, this should be obvious.

The perp doesn’t need to be detained to be a victim of illegal felonies committed by cops. If you were a cop, which I highly doubt (I could be wrong, cops are pretty notorious for having no clue about the law and for encouraging ignorance and low IQ) you would know this.

Cite them then and prove me wrong. There are studies that show giving homeless people a few thousand dollars lift the out of poverty, and once out of poverty they no longer commit crimes. https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2222103120 What I’m saying, is that crime is commited because of poverty. Fatherless homes are a byproduct of poverty. If poverty wasn’t so rampant in the richest country in the world, crime wouldn’t be as rampant as well, and without crime there would be less (not zero) fatherless homes. Wealth inequality leads to poverty is also what I’m saying. Just look around you (if you live, as I assume, in the US).
