Those kids were deported within 24 hours, and not afford the ability to stay though. That’s why I linked the articles about them. I’ve not, and have never said, in any of my conversations about this, that we can’t or shouldn’t deport people that are here illegally. I’ve only said they need to be aloud due process. The reason that kids that are actually illegal immigrants (I’m not talking native born, actually illegal kids) can go to public schools is that they, and everyone else, are entitled to equal protection under the 14th ammendment. https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/457/202/ That ammendment says what due process is. Yes, this can be expedited, but 24 hours from cuffs to planes? Edit: again, sorry for confusing you. And if you want me to shut up I will.

Since you bring up education on things, remember your comment to me that said they have no rights, pay no income taxes, are those sole reason for homlessnes, get no due process (equal protection 14th ammendment), and zero citizens have been deported. All of which are demonstrously false.

What are you talking about? Melting down? I’m pointing out, by answering the question you asked, that yes, US citizens were deported, without due process, illegally. How can one be repatriated to a country that they are not a citizen of? Again, just because you have big feelings, the facts are the facts.

Oh for sure. And I’m not saying they can’t be deported based on the laws. I may not agree with the laws, but that’s the whole issue here. If we want to deport them, then we need to prove they can be deported, as set forth by the laws that govern that.
