OP, people are being cranky because the Pirates are playing again. Its a great town. It has issues, but where doesnt? The population used to be MUCH higher, and still has parks, theaters and museums to match that past. Great blend of architecture to match that history! And a mishmash of people from all over, lending it that friendly Island of Misfit Toys vibe. Hope you move here!
