Maybe its just a reference to their super-hard desperately challenging ER, where the brightest docs in the best hospital in the city have to navigate their waythrough THE PITT! Like the job is so hellacious, not Pittsburgh or whatever. ‍️

Multiple cancer-surgery recipient here. PRO-TIP: Compliment the people that bring you food; they NEVER hear it and since they often COOK too, theyll remember your room. Ive gotten extra portions/desserts etc for complimenting the foodstaff! (This was at West Penn; the food IS pretty good!)
