That flow is reversing; people moving back to Cali due to all the nickel n dime taxes and general CoL. If theres a tax on everything BUT your income or property, the actual financial math wasnt working for lots of people that moved. Plus the weather; Texas is a furnace.

Definitely do so! As mentioned, its not a HUGE place, probably take about 2 hrs to take it all in, but it IS very cool and well done, different rooms are different biomes, etc. Also, its the NATIONAL Aviary; this is the United States bird collection! Kinda cool!
