Except most mythicals you can’t raid for are not very useful except maybe Keldeo or Zarude for raids.

Groudon or Lucario. Groudon is stronger than Landorus especially as the primal. But Lucario is also incredible strong as a mega so whichever you prefer out of those two.

Neither. I’d go with a shiny meta relevant raid attacker, but I don’t do pvp. If you do, then Zygarde is by far the better choice.
