What you are describing could be symptoms of depression. You might want to get that checked out. In the meantime make it a habit to clean for 5 minutes a day. Literally get and set a timer. You would be surprised what you can do in 5 minutes. The habit will lift some of the dread out about cleaning. Cumulatively your place will be cleaner soon.

I would guess it varies by person. I haven’t had any side effects. I didn’t need any recovery time.

Nah. All religion is bullshit. Yep! OTOH when I see Latinos I think about how their ancestors were Native Americans who had their whole cultures and way of life taken from them and had foreign replacements for each foisted on them.
