Unemployment isn’t welfare. You pay into unemployment the way you pay into a 401k, another fund, or insurance. What you get from it is proportional to what you pay into it. Unemployment isn’t a hand out.

I use my digital calendar to keep track of my schedule, as I think most people do. Me too. Having items on it that don’t impact my schedule are just an annoyance that make it harder to see what I have to do In Google Calendar they are little green rectangles. I don’t find them annoying. They do not make it harder to see what I have scheduled for myself.

youre dreaming if you think you’re gonna find that nice little slice of paradise for under 300k these days In my metropolitan area a house built for government workers in the 1920s, in a plain old suburb – not paradise, will start at a half million dollars.
