Lose the concept of milestone birthdays. They will just torture you as you get older. “Oh no, the BIG Three Oh”, “Oh no, the BIG Four Oh”, etc. Pursue your goals and live your life the best you can now.

You can take your education with you. Research moving to Canada or to some other country that is culturally more liberal than the Middle East. It is easier said than done, but as others have mentioned the U.S. employment market is going to be hard for a while and the current government is very anti-immigrant. I wish you the best.
