Make an appointment with a gastroenterologist. This could be a sign of something going on in your digestive tract.

I agree with many others here. The entertainment industry should stop trying to rebake soufflés and focus on making good original shows. Plenty of talented writers and actors out there.

how you therapist votes? It matters a lot these days. It isn’t an ivory tower debate topic. It effects people lives.

How does therapy work? This is an excellent question to ask when shopping around for a new therapist. It is also good to ask every so often after starting with a therapist to see if they have a coherent approach to what they are doing. Tell the therapist your definition of “better” ( fewer unpleasant feelings, being comfortable with new behaviors, etc ). Ask the therapist what is expected of you to make therapy work and what is expected of them.

the perception that truck size and masculinity are linked for a certain type of male. Reminds me of an ongoing fight a coworker had a few years ago. His father had a mechanic’s shop in rural Virginia. His number 1 employee just assumed he would inherit and all equipment upon his death. Surprise! He left it to his son, my coworker. Number 1 employee pretty much stole all of the equipment and my coworker had a long legal battle just to get part of it back. Number 1 employee fought the hardest ( as if someone wanted to cut his dick off ) for the company pick up truck, which was in the habit of using personally too.

Being blocked is an action that is offensive to people, a “fuck you”. OP wrote that they sometime still comment on each other’s social media so she isn’t doing what she has already done. The note is to tell her ex, a human being, who deserves basic respect that the block isn’t a “fuck you”. Such respect also benefits OP as it lets her move on mentally without having the idea in her head she ended things with a “fuck you”.
