Your argument is right out of the KGB playbook. You are pretending that seeking refuge under the law is a crime. And the MAGA knuckle draggers agree with you. Due process is guaranteed to EVERYONE. Even the scum that attacked the capital on January 6th received due process. Cops hate due process because it might protect an innocent person from being wrongly jailed or killed.

We, the people, do not condone the expenditure of our tax money to fund abductions by the Trump Regime. If the Gestapo wants to come into our city and trample all over people’s civil rights, disappear people to death camps without due process, let them do it without dipping into our treasury. Our police work for us, not Trump.
