Yeah they may have enacted a new policy, which really is a shame as they were one of the best in the industry on warranty service.

You won’t need an FFL unless they replace the entire firearm.

I’ve never been charged anything from them and have never heard of them charging. That may be a new policy but I would not be surprised if the charge is ignored, they really are great and top of the game.

$0 Ruger’s CS / warranty is top tier, they cover shipping to and from, as well as parts and service.
