It isn’t about followers or following anything. Being a Satanist means being the best person that you can be. We don’t believe in a God or gods, we believe in respecting others as well as their beliefs just as oneself would wish. You are your own God and no one puts thoughts or ideas into your head. Thats all you. You create your happiness, misery, etc, all by acting on good or bad thoughts. Everyone has both. What matters is acting on the good thoughts, not the bad. Satanism is understanding that everyone has the potential to be evil, but choose to be good, not for themselves, but for everyone and everything. Its not a religion, its a moral system to be a good person.

Nothing wrong with being a Satanist though, we don’t literally worship the devil or Satan or lucifer or demons. Check out the Satanic Tenets.
