Okay, yes there was an offspring there last year and it didn’t have the same look to it. It was singular, looked a like a baby Pedro and it’s now in it’s own pot. It was a singular formation, unlike this which seems to have multiple tops (unsure if that’s best term).

I’ve not seen a “pup” before. I’ve been growing for about 5+ years and it’s a first for me.

I like to wait till they aww re aboit a foot inside. Are suggesting to wait until they’re a foot long before taking cutting? Also do you suggest to only take cuttings in the spring, so I should wait a year before cutting again? Not really sure what you said there, lol. Thank you.

Gotcha, thank you. I’m about to plant the cuttings I took a few weeks ago so it’ll be two Bridges and 9 Pach’s soon. Is the Peruvian the strain that doesn’t need processing like the others? I have a friend who used to bring hundreds of live Pedros to burning man and we’d eat them throughout the week, he only needed to cut their skin off (if I remember correctly). If so I want to get some Peruvian soon. How soon can I take another from that Bridge and the other three Pachs? I took the last cuttings almost two weeks ago. Also how much longer should I wait to plant the cuttings I already took? I can post pics shortly. Thank you for your wisdom Mikhal!

Looks like its a Bridge? Unsure what you’re asking, is bridge a lingo term here or are you asking where my Pedros are at? Right now they’re on my front porch, by the river facing west.

Awesome. Thank you for chiming in. Part of why I want to cut them again is so theyre more manageable when I bring them into the house for winter. Also planning to repot the ones Ive had for years and thatll be easier if not as big. So cutting and let dry for a week or so wont harm the pups then?
