Thats still not confirmed its anything more than a blue face. It could be software, it could be ai, it could be an algorithm made by aliens. I need to rewatch, only saw it once when it premiered but as far as I recall its a blue face. Yes. Now if it was the congressman I didnt recognize but like I said just saw it once. Interesting observation if so.
