What if… you added tomatoes? Would it basically be a huge slice of pizza then lol. Chicago is known for having slices of pizza that can basically serve as an entire meal (I lived there for a long time, they’re right). Deep dish is one thing, stuffed pizza is another. Stuffed pizza from the right place will strain your arms a bit carrying it out, denser than a black hole.

That might be a better presentation – have one guy theatrically grab all the bun tops, another guy pours the cheese, first guy replaces at the tops after people get their pictures. Everyone’s happy, and you’re left with row of somewhat normal burgers.

That looks amazing. To an American though, it looks like a really well made slice of pizza (with way too much cheese, just the way we like it).

I mean… it COULD be good? Looks ridiculous though. BUT, I will say that I really admire the cheese consistency, that’s some really nice melting. It’s pretty and gross at the same time. It is not easy to get that perfect flow and stringiness at the same time, I wonder what kind of cheese(s) they’re using.

If you have a QuickTrip near you, you gotta try their Jalapeno Cheese Sausage Rolls, they are so damn good.
