Maybe you should just watch TikTok recaps and skip it all.

Then at least the first 15 minutes of ANH to feel the whole transition.

I loved the whole CoT series and The Final Architecture scratched my Expanse itch more than any other by AT or any of the other books I listed. I discovered Dogs of War trilogy a few weeks ago and it’s so crazy good. I started reading it by reading the 2nd book Bear Head, I didn’t realize it was a trilogy. I actually haven’t read DoW yet but I know it’s gonna be good, Bee Speaker (3rd in series) was just released. AT is prolific af.

Yeah, lol. I read it 10+ years before the Matrix came out. Its been sitting on my reread list for a while now. Ive still got the book as well as Mona Lisa Overdrive patiently waiting for my attention.

Yeah youre right about Scalzi, I enjoyed Old Mans War and the next 2 books in the series quite a lot. Ive got Vorkosigan on my TBR list. Ill add The Ship Who Sang. I also read Red Rising books, all but the most recent. Its good but for some reason it doesnt hit the same as all the others.

I’m still on the fence about Murderbot tbh, there’s just so much of it I’m let down by (22 min episodes are killing me, no personal drones, cheezy af unintelligent characters, overly pandering). I’m a big fan of the books and the choices the writers and show-runners made just don’t translate like I would have preferred. It’s okay but not in the same tier as Silo & Severance imo.

Silo, Severance, For All Mankind and Slow Horses are all great reasons to support AppleTV. Personally I cannot do Foundation, primarily it’s the green screen to prop integration (which is really bad) and the awful af fight and action choreography.
