That’s not a typo, it’s literally the opposite of what it’s supposed to be. You can’t catch them in the wild nor can you evolve to get any moves. The only thing correct is that it can be fast or charged moves. If a person wasn’t using social media for this game they’d have no idea what that was supposed to mean.
