Call their customer service and try to talk to a person. Explain your situation and hopefully they can get the address changed.

Maybe try some sandpaper and lightly rub the peg taking tiny amounts of plastic off until it fits.

He looks so much better with the upgrade kit. Now, if you really want to go all out I’d suggest the toyhax kits for each figure. They even made one for the DNA upgrade!
