It was thawed long enough that it was room temp and the floaties never dissipated. They resembled congealed fish food or disintegrating fleshy substance. Had zero mineral qualities.

So why does it look like algae and not have mineral like properties? It looks like fish food jelly, not mineralized water.

I think it depends on Luigi. I have no doubt that he will be offered a deal; this trial will be risky for the prosecution because a hung jury is very possible no matter how solid their case is with however much evidence. But Luigi might want a high profile public trial that continues to shine a light on these issues. I am never surprised to see how many people do not understand how criminal trials work though and think a conviction is a sure thing.

I did, obviously you didnt watch the video. It says plainly that juries cant be punished for a wrong decision no matter what the evidence shows, exactly what I stated although you dont need a YouTube video to tell you that if you have even a cursory understanding of criminal trials. Perjury only comes into play if you deliberately lie when asked by the judge or lawyers during jury selection if you hold any beliefs that would prevent you from applying the law as written. You can give a vague non-affirmative answer here and avoid even the possibility of perjury, its then up to the lawyers whether or not they are going to remove you from the jury pool. Jury nullification can and does happen without committing perjury. However acknowledging jury nullification is a great way to get out of jury duty. At one of my jury summons a potential juror just straight said he believed in jury nullification and the judge lost his fucking mind and ejected him, but this caused a cascade of subsequent jurors to say the same thing, getting all of them sent home and a long lecture from the judge about the importance of following and applying the law.

Its never, ever perjury to vote not guilty no matter how much evidence there is. Not sure where you are getting that.
