If either the US or Russia uses a nuke, global stability will decline unimaginably quickly. The use of nukes can never become acceptable. The risk of pre-emptive strikes will rise dramatically and nuclear proliferation will be inevitable, unless nuclear war kills us all beforehand.

Well yeah, we just demonstrated exactly why they need nukes and also why negotiating with the US is completely pointless. Look at Ukraine, they gave up their nukes. Getting destroyed for it. NK, biggest assholes on the planet that threaten to destroy others constantly, never get bombed. Iran, agrees to US deals, gives up a ton of uranium, then has the deal ripped up by a future leader and gets bombed anyways. The lesson is clear to the world; if you want to avoid getting bombed or invaded by another sovereign nation, develop nukes. Security deals are meaningless.

The claim Im responding to is the oft mentioned fact that Iran has threatened to destroy Israel, therefore they cant be allowed to have nukes. Do you have evidence that Iran would use nukes on Israel, another nuclear power that is also protected by the United States?
