4-6 hours. late 30s. no kids. work nights. home from in-person work anywhere from 10pm- 3am. up til 8 or 9 doing my other job (remote) or writing music/playing video games/catching up on sports. most days i can sleep til 1 or 2 pm before i have to make breakfast and hit the road for the gig that night.
