Bro, you need to rev match on down shifts. Shifting up you just need to work on timing. Down shifting its timing + rev. Its not too difficult and you arent going to hurt the car while you figure it out. Again, you wont hurt the car while you figure it out. But anyone that says its not necessary is an idiot. Especially when they admit that youll just need to replace the clutch eventually. Thats a $1,200-$2,500 replacement.
