Can confirm. Just moved out of the shit hole known as Miami back to NYC and monthly expenses are down when compared to time spent in Florida. For the amount of rent you pay you actually get value/amenities in NYC as when in Miami you are getting jack shit. Biggest blessing in moving out of Miami is not dealing with the worst fucking drivers on the planet.
